Replacing The Air Filter On A Fiat 500L 1.6 JTDM
There's nothing tricky about replacing the air filter on this model.

 | Facing the engine the air filter box is behind the headlamp to your LEFT. |

 | Release the crimp clip connecting the air flow meter to the air filter housing. |
|
 | Pull out the air flow meter.... |
|
 | ....lift up and unhinge the lid to the housing. |
|
 | Replace the air filter (note that there is a tab at one end of the filter that sits in a recess). |
|
 | Make sure the pivot lugs are located properly when you replace the lid to the housing. |
