Replacing The Air Filter On A Fiat Tipo 1.3 Diesel

Pull off the plastic engine cover.

Undo the 7mm jubilee clamp to the inlet pipe going to the throttle body.

Release the crimp clip to the other end of the intake pipe coming from the air filter housing.

Remove the securing strap for the wiring loom to the air flow meter (MAF) and remove the intake pipe.

Undo the x3 7mm bolts along the front of the air filter housing.

Lift the front of the lid to the air filter housing (the back is hinged) and remove.

Switch the old air filter with a new one then replace all parts.
